Superman goes out one night, and gets shot. Bruce's body and Clark's mind dies, leaving Bruce trapped within Clark's body.
He then goes onto beat Doomsday, and eliminates all crime within the week. After that, he shows up at Jason Todd's place, yanks him out of bed, and yells, "AND YOU SAID I COULDN'T DO IT! HA! IN YOUR HELMET THING!" Luthor, realizing that Superman is different, makes moves to take him on, only to find out that 'Superman' has built a new 'SuperCave' inside the sun, where he spends his spare time. Not prepared for such an empowered and highly trained Superman, Luthor gets sent to prison. The new Superman designs the prison himself, literally building it around Luthor with his superspeed, and Luthor is never heard from again. Superheroes become redundant, since with Superman's powers, and Batman's drive, there are no supervillains left free, nor can they break out of the newly designed prisons. Police too become useless, since should anyone commit a crime, they'll be stopped before they even realize what's happened. A new golden age is ushered in, a utopia for all mankind, under the ever watchful eye of the Superman.
... Seriously, you gave BATMAN sufficient powers to make Gods kneel, removed his ability to be harmed, in addition to taking away his need to sleep or eat. Those were the only things Alfred could force him to do, because Batman realized he NEEDED to do them. Now he doesn't. Crime is ****ed.
