Was piccolo stronger than Gohan in the Resurrection of F saga

I know gohan was pretty weak compared to before but was he weak enough to train with piccolo and it be effective.

I think Gohan was stronger than Piccolo in Resurrection of F

Gohan was stronger, Piccolo was extremely nerfed in that arc/movie for some reason.
