I am trying to rate my top 10 Supervillains. The list that i have created is in my opinion some of the most dangerous super villains out there. I realize that there are a lot more Supervillains out there but i am only asking for you guys to rate what is specifically on my list.
DC and Marvel get a special place at the top since they are the most well known. And according to my research Darkseid is the number 1 Super Villain in the DC Universe while Dr. Doom is the number 1 Super Villain in the Marvel Universe. But ranking everything else from Cartoons to Anime Comics is a lot more difficult for those extra 8 spaces.
