These are humans with super powers

If by "human" you mean characters that come from Earth and are not aliens, gods, etc., then there aren't that many that would be above street tier.

Off the top of my head: Hal Jordan, Zatanna, John Constantine, Plastic Man, The Flash, Karate Kid, and Batman (with prep)

I thought of them, but I wouldn't count them.

Although the hosts are human, Dr Fate and Spectre are not.
