Is Ryuk the only one, who can kill Light Yagami?

In How to Read XXXIV, the third point reads,

Only a god of death that has passed on their Death Note to a human is able to kill the owner of the Death Note.

Does that mean, that if for example another guy with a death note would write down Lights name, that Light Yagami wouldn't die?

Nobody here... Well in the USA it's still morning, so i guess this is nothing special.

I think it means no other Shinigami can kill him except for the one that gave him the Note, which makes no sense, because Rem threatened to kill him.

Ryuk knows when he'll die, so yeah, only Ryuk can. If he wants to, that is.

I don't think Light is a bullet timer, bulletproof, or has that good of a healing factor.

Bullets killed him pretty good the first time.

First off, in the death note universe, you can only be killed by bullets if you are destined to die like that. And second, Light didn't because someone shoot him. And my question was, if Light would die if someone would write down his name in a death note.
