Basically, James Tyion IV said that a female character that's been missing for some years is returning around issue 8 or 10.
He said that she's a major figure in the Batman Mythos who hasn't been used in ages.

Now add this to Gail Simone recently tweeting that she's been allowed to use a character she's been trying to get permission to use for the past three years, and i think, there's a real good chance of Cassie's debut being very near. :)
