Have they explained how Professor X can walk yet? Or am I just missing something?
I don't think so, but i already thought of how.
As you may or not know in X3 he swaps bodies with his brain dead twin. In the wolverine credit scene he still can't walk, so I'm going to guess he actually swaps in this movie, loose his ability to walk again somewhere in-between X3 flashback and X1 and when he almost dies from Jene swaps back to original which is why he can't walk in the wolverine/DOFP future.

You are extremely over thinking and over complicating it. In the trailer, the Professor is both seen walking and in a wheelchair in the past, chances are that Beast just made him some sort of harness that allows him to walk.
@cattlebattle: How am i overthinking it? It clears up the issue with him not walking in the Future after he swapped. And he could have just simply did it during the movie...

The professor of the past timeline is still in a wheelchair as well as being able to walk.

Which is why i said he would do it during the movie. Another thing is when he wakes up in X3 the nurse says his name reinforcing the idea that is his original body.

lol, alright. I am just willing to bet the explanation will be as fairly simple as Beast building him some sort of device.
@cattlebattle: Im not saying that my idea is going to happen, just that it fits. The beast building him something sounds possible but wouldn't he have used it in the other X-men movies then though?

I don't know, I guess you will have to see the movie.
Looks good (again like Godzilla didn't care about it until I saw the trailer). And I'm also happy that the X-men is no where near the Disney MCU, the stakes feel higher and it feels darker and adult.
