Best and worst super powers?

I was looking at some of the powers they have on the site and some of them are really cool and some are just extremely lame.
What do you think is the best super powers with the most potential? and which do you think is the absolute worst?

Idk about the best, but I vote Forge as one of the worst. Yeah it can be useful, but you can't start building things when the Juggernaut is punching you in the face.
