Ok batman does not have his suit and is in plain street clothes

Spider-Man will not roll with the punches and stands firm on the unbreakeable ground with batman lying on top

Spider-Man cannot attack but he is bracing himself for the attack

Batman gets an unlimited time with only using his fists to knock out Spider-Man

Batman wins when spider is KOed

Spider wins if batman gives up due to pain

Spider-God wins against Bat Slave

Batman would never give up

just name a big hitter, and hes 99% likely to have survived a thrashing from him

in all honesty,without pis, bats should break his fists pretty early on

Plus just holding up huge amounts of weight requires dense bone

Let's see, Bruce against a braced Spider-man... Bruce breaks his fist because Peter doesn't roll with the punch, or didn't you realize Peter's muscular structure is harder than normal human muscle.
