Sue doesn't go around just f*cking with people's brain via force-field as a first result, and even if she did, Zatanna doesn't require speaking to cast her magic anyway(only the more powerful spells).

It looks like the decision is a landslide for Zatanna. For those of you who might be interested, I happened to run across recently a YouTube clip of some video game battle between these two gals. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the game. For what it is worth, Zatanna did defeat Sue Storm in their battle.
