Wildcats 
F/ Spartan, Grifter, Warblade, Zealot, Voodoo, Maul, Nemesis, Backlash, Savant, Ladytron, Mr. Majestic.    
 
 X-Men
F/ Warpath, Domino, Wolverine, Magik, Pyslocke, Colossus, X-23, Shadowcat, Graymalkin, Emma Frost, Namor.

 
Round 2: 
 
Widcats vs. X-Men
Spartan vs. Warpath
Grifter vs. Domino
Warblade vs. Wolverine
Zealot vs. Magik
Voodoo vs. Pyslocke
Maul vs. Colossus
Nemesis vs. X-23
Backlash vs. Shadowcat
Savant vs. Graymalkin
Ladytron vs. Emma Frost
Mr. Majestic vs. Namor
    
Use current versions only, unless they lost there power, put them back with powers. 
Round one both fight as teams, Round 2 solo fights. Both are not blood lusted but no PIS and use there powers logical and to there fullest. 
No prep time, killing is allowed.

I always have wanted to see this. I have absolutely no clue, but I always felt Grifter was kind of a clone made from Logan and Gambit. 
 
Grifter is one bad mo-fo.

Because Cyclops doesn't have any Super Durability against Spartan, Warpath at least has that. And was the only fast brick I could find on the X-Men at the time.

Grifter vs. Domino            = Domino

Nemesis vs. X-23              = Nemesis

Ladytron vs. Emma Frost  =  Emma go this with ease:)

Widcats vs. X-Men - With the line ups below some of these would spill over into a last man standing... Winner - X-Men (and I am a huge WildCATs fan)
Spartan vs. Warpath - Spartan (any version other than the original) 

Grifter vs. Domino - Domino wins only due to her 'luck' factor.  If Grifter was on the 'Mojo' he would wipe the floor with her.  After taking out Cole Domino would then disable Spartan/Jack. 

Warblade vs. Wolverine - Logan wins due purely to outlasting Reno.  Reno would get tired of cutting and cutting only to have Logan heal repeatedly.  While Reno can move his body (it is liquid metal) he does not heal like Logan) 
 

Zealot vs. Magik - Zealot... What can you say about Lady Z!  She is the baddest woman in comics.  She would then take on combines skills of Kitty and Pyslocke.  Winner again(possibly taking longer than single round due to fighting 2 skilled but lesser opponents)
 
Voodoo vs. Pyslocke - Pyslocke... Round 1 about 45 seconds in the battle.  Then she and Z go at it... loosing to centuries of fighting experience

Maul vs. Colossus - Maul SMASH!  After shrinking really small to pump up his mental, Dr Stone would super size himself and launch Colossus as his own version of Speed 'Metal' Ball.   2nd Round he would do the same to Logan being that is the only way to bypass the healing factor.  Maul looses in 3rd round purely because of Domino's luck.

Nemesis vs. X-23 - Not really a fair fight.  Nemesis can get into Laura's head and totally mess with her emotions.  Add to that she is one of the few women that can go toe to toe with Zealot!  X-23 can heal over and over, but eventually her demons would come out and she would loose due to Nemesis' superior fighting (centuries of experience) and mental attacks 

Backlash vs. Shadowcat - I think that Kitty wins this one.  Now if it were the elder Backlash (Marc Slayton) he would win, but his daughter is not in the league.  Kitty has years of fighting experience with Logan and the X-Men (before being locked away in a space bullet for years) while Backlash does not. 

Savant vs. Graymalkin- Graymalkin wins, because Savant jumps away to bring in more suppport.   Graymalkin is no match for  Majestic.

Ladytron vs. Emma Frost- Emma wins.  Ladytron has too many demons from her past, and the Ice Queen would play on everyone of them.  Similar to what Nemesis does to X-23.  But not physical fighting.  Emma goes Diamond and then plays mind games.  Then she and Nemesis goe toe to toe.... Emma wins by being more ruthless

Mr. Majestic vs. Namor- Majestic.  With his 'Superman/God' like powers he handedly whips up on the old Invader.  Then its Graymalkin... no challenge...  Then he sits back and watches.  Until Emma is thru with Savant and then fills his mind with all the friends and family he has failed in his long long life causing him to breakdown or flee the planet.

Spartan, Zealot, Maul, Nemesis, Mr Majestic

 Domino,  Emma Frost

Domino, Emma Frost 
Zealot 
 
Round 4 
Emma Frost, Domino... due to the 'luck' factor keeping Zealot from quickly dispatching Domino, Emma is able to use her Diamond form to take out Zealot and then place her mind in 'mental' battle keeping her from quickly recovering and fighting on.

Round 2:         Spartan vs. Warpath - current Spartan is nearly Kheran Warlord level  

Grifter vs. Domino - the most fun fight probably. Domino would probably win. She's lucky and Grifter is most certainly not.  

Warblade vs. Wolverine - Wolverine can't put him down with normal claws, he's healed from being blown to molecules and headshots  

Zealot vs. Magik - Zealot wins on skills, but Magik has more than that and if she lasted long enough to realize she needed it, she'd use it, probably the closest fight though, I think either could take it  

Voodoo vs. Pyslocke - Voodoo's magic/psionics may be useful, but she's never shown the speed in using it that she would need here (and i'm not 100% it would save her anyway)  

Maul vs. Colossus - Maul is on a higher level, the fight might take some time though because Colossus' skill and speed can keep him in  

Nemesis vs. X-23 - murder, but it would awesome to watch if it lasted for any length of time (nemesis doesn't have offensive tp, but her swords would cut 23 to ribbons)  

Backlash vs. Shadowcat - her speed would eventually let her connect and kitty could never touch her if she didn't let it happen  

Savant vs. Graymalkin - eh, don't know. i'm not taking either character seriously. savant would put the dragon in her bag of holding (and plot devices) and seal him away  

Ladytron vs. Emma Frost - ladytron is probably too dumb or robotic for mind tricks to work, but Emma would just beat her down  

Mr. Majestic vs. Namor - no contest

Majestic is powerful enough to do it by himself,besides he has nothing to fear from telepaths..so yes Majestic alone owns.

This is pretty much what I was thinking.Although i do have my doubts about Psylocke and Voodoo, i think that could go either way.

Spartan vs. Warpath spartan

Grifter vs. Domino domino luck powers give her the edge

Warblade vs. Wolverine warblade woverine is the better fighter and where warblade can't beat logan cut for cut he can drown him wolverine can't keep him down but this fight would last some time before warblade figured out what he has to do.

Zealot vs. Magik zealot she is faster stronger more skilled and has high magic as well.

Voodoo vs. Pyslocke voodoo she has magic tp and tk and is way stronger and faster when she uses her daemonite powers she has ripped a hole in spartan and momentary overwhelmed zealot with her speed and strength and she can raise the dead to fight for her.

Maul vs. Colossus maul

Nemesis vs. X-23 nemesis

Backlash vs. Shadowcat backlash

Savant vs. Graymalkin

Ladytron vs. Emma Frost emma i like ladytron as a character better but Emma shuts her down

Mr. Majestic vs. Namo majestic

wild cats win 8 to 2 but this x-men roster isn't that impressive.
