I'll say this much. He SHOULD be able to beat Superman.

As himself, Lex should be able to kill Superman easily. The only reason he can't do it is because of CIS and PIS.

Lex luthor didn't achieve omnipower. There was still something defective about the process, and didn't even take a fraction of the power.

You have to appreciate how it balances both ways. Lex is held back by his obsession with Superman to balance out the fact that Superman's morals prevent him from ever killing Lex.

I made this for the same reason they made whos the strongest wolverine/spiderman/iron man etc ... can beat, I chose a certain version and people didn't know any thing about it, so I let them know, now you wanna whine and moan about me puttin info in my own thread and assume BS about it? gtfo

That incarnation of Lex had the power to pretty much force death of the endless to take the day off and not kill. Then he used the phantom zone child his powers were pretty much limitless as long and he caused happiness, when he attempted chaos and despair the PZC would pull his power back. Catch 22 in a way.
