Magic has its own Dimension & " Laws of physics " if there is any .

in RPG Terms As far as a saving throw VS Ment or Will to see if he even survives after being turned to a chicken i doubt he would being that he has no hold of his own subconscious .

So i would say ScarletWitch , as she has far more experience than Vulcan as she was involved in various teams like Avengers & Xmen Training . , The Training people do not forget the training these people have gone thru to be the Combatant they are today .

Vulcan has shown the ability to render superhumans powerless by somehow effecting their brains, he has shown the ability to use other ppl's ability and make them do whatever he wants them to do like he did to Rachel Grey when he used her telepathy to do his bidding.

He has the ability to deactivate other ppl's powers. He can use energy on the highest level, there is almost nothing he cant do. He is too powerful

Wanda on the other hand can turn probability against her opponents, effect the X-Gene, give good or bad luck, possess chaos magic, and soo much more but she uses magic and magic is energy and Vulcan has shown to manipulate energy on the highest level.

Not only that but he also shown to manipulate other ppl's powers. This is a tough one. I am assuming that both r on their most powerful versions. I would like to say Wanda but Vulcan is too good and too powerful as is Wanda.

Vulcan can simply drain her spells or shut down her mind.

Wanda's powers are way too powerful for someone on Vulcan's caliber, - she simply warps him and that's the end.

To add more, Vulcan has never drained and manipulated energy of the Masters of their form of energy, - remember how he fought Black Bolt, and he redirected Vulcan's own energies back at him, or how Polaris rekt Vulcan, - just some few clear examples that when his opponent is master of his/her own form of energy he ain't doing jack to them, - as for Adam Warlock instance, he was a rookie mage, while Wanda is skilled enough to considered a candidate for the title of Sorcerer Supreme by the Eye of Agamotto, even when Doc Strange in his recent series wrote post-Void fight - “For all magic related emegencies, contact Wanda”, don't see Vulcan doing jack to her.

I don't see why the Scarlet Witch cannot defeat Vulcan, Cyclops & Havok all at once! At her strongest, her feats far exceeds anything Vulcan or his brothers has done!

Wanda mutant power involves probability manipulation, which she has used to her advantages in the past especially when she was still a rookie level mutant. She has grew in learning how to use her probability to a much larger population, and has picked up mystical abilities that has altered reality on a multiplanetary scale. Vulcan's energy manipulation abilities are impressive, but even his powers would short circuit or won't work against Wanda's probability powers set. She would make it so!

meaning that he manipulate ALL forms of energy known to man (now keep that in mind)

So if he holds that power then he can also oh IDK... manipulate magic (or at least the vary essence of magic... energy)

and the scarlet witch has chaos magic right

so by the law of logic... Volcan can just pull an

• Magic Detection (he's fast)
• Magic Bypassing... and so on
