• In character for both. The Doctor has been given information about Ultron and what he's done.
• Ultron has all the infinity stones and is at full potential.
• Ultron doesn't exactly have knowledge of The Doctor himself but is expecting him to show up.
• The Doctor has as much prep time as he needs.
• The Doctor has his TARDIS and Sonic Screwdriver.
• 11th Doctor but has access to all the skills and abilities of his previous and future incarnations.
