Tony Stark vs Bruce Wayne

Scenario

• Bruce wakes up naked in a Wal-Mart and has 5 hours to prepare for a battle with an unknown foe.
• Tony wakes up naked in an abandoned scrapyard and has 5 hours to build himself an armor for combat.
• Morals are on and fight is until KO or incapacitation.
• Takes place in a random Jedi temple.

Tony Stark built an Iron Man suit in a cave... WITH A BOX OF SCRAPS

Scrap yard doesn't give him the tools to make good armor in that small amount of time, Batman has better tools to work with and he has weapons and of course clothing from walmart.

Bouncy balls, batman will get a bunch of bouncy balls and throw them under tony, he slips and gets put on his butt and at this point Bruce takes some electrical equipment and touches it to the metal, thus shocking tony...

Yeah... Because with no real technology whatsoever, no ammunition nor parts of other weapons Tony will make himself an armor to beat a master martial artist whom only needs his fists to beat him to a pulp.

God, people really overblowns any amount of prep time.

Not much Tony can make in five hours that Bruce can't deal with.

Bruce takes this handily regardless if he uses the goods at the store or not.

Bruce Wayne. Even if Tony manages to build something in five hours (doubtful) Bruce will undoubtedly prepare for the worst. With access to a Wal-mart, he'll have better gear as well as his martial skills. Also, it's not a stretch to think that a Wal-mart would sell some sort of hunting equipment, and perhaps even lower quality bulletproof vests. I suppose it depends on the size of the Wal-mart.

Well Bruce's first step would clearly be to disable the security camera's and hack into the store main frame so he could access the batcave that is hidden underneath all Wal-Mary's because he is prepared for the eventuality of being drugged and abandoned at any given Wal-Mart in any reality. And we all know that ever bat-cave is equipped with any weapon for any eventually. Once in the batcave he would access the bat-computer find who drugged him, then beat then till they tell him why. Once he has that information he would use the bat-computer to spy On Tony allowing him to be prepared for what ever Tony is bring as well as any monsters in the temple. And for the remaining four hours he plays spider solitar

Currently, even butt naked, Stark is quite formidable due to Extremis 3.0

Bruce, there is not enough material to put set anything up with 5 hours in a scrapyard.

But doesn't Walmart have weaponry? Knives and whatnot? Some southern Walmarts have guns and ammunition too.

I don't see how Tony can build with nothing..

Bruce is god with prep. And there's not much to make any great super weapon. So in the end it'll be h2h and well tony better bring the lube at that point.

Bruce he has a better area to work in tony could probably assemble some plate mail and and some sort of garbage rock it launccher from fall out 3. Bruce would just use the knives from walmart as batarangs this is to biast they should both start in equal places.

Bruce stomps here... In 5 hours tony could maybe make some crude non powered armor. Bruce could get rubber bullet shotgun in 5 minutes and then make the batsuit in 4 hours 55 minutes

overall intelligence goes to stark. however... everything else goes to batman. he's craftier. he is more tactical in battle as well... maybe 6/10 batman at least

What I want to know is if Wayne and Stark are both at a party and both have their eye on a random hot model who takes her home?

Bruce wins 10/10. Five hours in an ordinary scrapyard isn't enough time for Tony to build anything that Bruce can't handle.

And for the record, Tony had access to some of his own high-level tech/weaponry when he built his first suit of armor in the cave. There is no reason to believe he'd have any of that here.

I'd put my money on Tony.
