I think the big question is whether Toji's weapons would count as/have the same properties as a Nichirin Blade, so he could deal with the high-tiers/Upper Moons and their boss more effectively.

If we assume they do, he could make it to Kokushibo, Muzan, or even possibly clear depending on where you scale DS top-tiers when it comes to speed.

Stops at Daki and Gyutaro. He's not fast enough to compete with those two let alone anyone above them

@muhdsyarif: Low supersonic at best in actual combat speed (like Mach 1), but he has pre-cog/senses that should allow him to realistically combat people around Mach 5 I'd say. His equivalent easily danced around and beat a character who was Mach 3.

@muhdsyarif: there’s someone in jjk who had a whole ass fight with an electricity user who can also generate lightning (yes I’m making that distinction on purpose) and he could mentally react to said lightning even tho not physically and he’s slower than toji.

Hakari can't physically react to this consistently don't get me wrong, but he can mentally react. So his reaction speed is enough to keep, combat speed isn't. He straight up sneezes out lightning that's shot directly to his head/body before it can travel to his brain and kill him. Keep in mind iirc he had just finished getting hit and regen'd part of his face before this.

Kashimo can also create electrolysis to make chlorine gas and also increase water temp to cause a steam explosion with his CE trait/electricty/lightning.

Muzan is the only one who could give Toji a fight out of the demons both by feats! But by scailing of recent and glazing to max one could argue Toji could even low-diff him thanks to Gege!
