@exauce: Aokiji's ice is too easily melted to hold the one. Akainu's heat isn't better. Kizaru is the only legitimate threat here, but he does turn solid to kick (light is never solid fyi). His kicks however can be tanked while possibly burning Kizaru in the process while he's solid for a split second.

Teams can only really win by lasting longer than Escanor's time limit. They have immense stamina but can't really win within the ten minutes.

His Ice is able to resist Ace, who passive heat made an entire Island to stop snowing just by being there.
