• Thanos is fighting all the Vitrumites at the peak of their power i.e. their entire planetary population (not just 50 of them)
• Coalition forces are united with Earth heroes
• The three empires have perfect teamwork
• Fight is on an indestructible planet
• Thanos has his shields and is pissed and willing to win in anyway possible
• If Thanos is not enough he gets Cyborg Superman, Silver Surfer, and Sentry
• If the empires are not enough they get the New-52 Justice League

Edit: Wait, I misunderstood. Thanos wins unless entire JLA intervenes.

At their peak, so before the virus hit? Might be a bit much. He'd solo the Viltrumite race at any point in the series though.

I am pretty sure I saw this before.....

Anyway, I think Thanos would win.

According to Marvel Wiki, The Infinity Gauntlet can only work in the universe it comes from.The Gauntlet from 616 will only work in universe 616 so on and so forth.So if they fight in a universe different than The Gauntlet's universe,Thanos loses.But if they fight in The Gauntlet's in universe Thanos can just erase them from existence and wins.

He gets the gauntlet? He effortlessly clears with no diff... If not it takes longer, but he still clears the empire and JL.
