How long does Vic have to prep? How far away do they start?

Cyborg should win with prep.

Starfire.  She's just plain faster, tougher, more skilled and more powerful.

Vic's got to many tricks up his sleave and is to use to taking damage plus kory was revealed to be afraid  of her powers and constantly hold back in Teen Titans and Outsiders: The insiders

@zoom: Faster? yes Tougher? with some debate Cyborg is on par with her in terms of durability. Skilled? No way is she more skilled than Victor, his better at utilizing his tech to be able to hurt Kori. Powerful? with debate he is on par with power, his arsenal is a lot to handle as it was indeed very powerful. In pure energy projection, id say Kori but with a slight margin she can keep up more with him but he has a wider range of energy attacks if you were to add strength.. it varies as both are on par in some strength instances i believe both are around the 100 ton range but not entirely sure

Faster: Kory for suree

Tougher: Victor in nowhere close to her durability, she’s tanked hits from WW and superman etc

Skilled: Koriand’r, trained by the warlords of Okaara for decades, she is way more skilled, plus she is more ruthless when she wants to be

Powerful: Victor is not even close to her, she is stronger for sure, she can blow up brainiacs ship with one star bolt, produce enough heat to blow up a planet, ya she wins in power, plus she will burn his robotic and mechanics to crisp

Kory definitely takes it

Entirely depends on how Victor utilizes his prep. I have no doubt he can figure something out since he know's Kory's capabilities.

I'll go Kory till I know how long Victor has prep.
