This entire fight was obviously written by a third-grader. It's at a time where the Spectre was barely scratching the surface of his true powers and where he jobbed consistently. It's not the like fight itself is actually anything of note: the Spectre kicked Flash an incredibly vast distance, was then caught off-guard by Flash's punch and before he could recover got slammed a couple of times and then poofed away.

And in day of judgment Zatanna can steal all powers of the Spectre. Also there is the inconsistency if the Spectre has no powers why would they not win or kill him?
