Savage stomps the two jedi since sadly Shaak is completely featless in canon and Luminara is way out of her league. Bonus 1 might be a win for the jedi just due to the numbers advantage
Bonus 2 could go for the jedi if the three gank Savage and Ahsoka holds off Maul
Round 1: Canon Shaak Ti is featless except for some quotes and the battle of Kamino which only showed her cutting down some droids. Unduli is massive sub-Ventress who herself is below Savage. Savage takes the round solidly
Bonus round 1: I will give this to the Jedi. Barris Offee was doing pretty well against Anakin before he got the rage amp and ragdolled her. And add that with the number advantage and they take it 7-8/10
Bonus round 2: Jedi team solidly. S7 Ahsoka herself managed to contend with Maul. I will concede Maul is above her, but it is an extremely small difference. And she can easily hold of Maul long enough for the other three to take Savage
@w4nkdestroyer2 has addressed that fight and the circumstances around it in his blog, I'll copy paste it here:
For the record, I personally stated that I concede Maul > Ahsoka. I stated that she can contend with him long enough for the others to be done with Savage.
ROTS Maul vs ROTS Ahsoka Tano
I think it's clear as day to most people with a brain that Maul wasn't his former self in this season. His tone, his demeanor, everything about Maul was off. Maul was obsessed with Sidious and his plan, he was so set on stopping order 66. Throughout the arc, Maul seemed to be on the verge of a mental breakdown. Almec himself even says Maul has been plagued by nightmares for weeks in the arc:
Maul being hindered by his fear of Darth Sidious succeeding is further supported by the fact that after order 66 happens, Maul is no longer as mentally hindered as before, and performs the best force feat we've ever seen in TCW: taking down 4 building size hyperdrives. He's at ease now that he is no longer pressured to find a way to stop Sidious, since it has already happened.
As for the fight, there are four circumstantial advantages Ahsoka had aiding her, which allowed her to compete with Maul.
1. As I discussed in the previous paragraph, Maul was batshit crazy, probably more crazy than when he was when first resurrected in TCW. His family had just been killed by Darth Sidious, his shadow collective had been hit hard by the CIS, and Sidious' plan was coming to fruition' which Maul wanted to stop it but couldn't. This Mandalore war thing was a last ditch effort to try and stop Darth Sidious, and that didn't work either. And as we've seen, time and time again, psychological state significantly affects one's combative performance in Star Wars.
2. Maul wasn't trying to harm Ahsoka Tano, he went for three disarms, and clearly dismissed multiple opportunities to strike a mortal blow on Ahsoka Tano. Some people claim that Ahsoka Tano wasn't trying to hurt Maul either since she was trying to capture him, but there is a difference: Maul was trying to turn Ahsoka Tano, so he didn't want to hurt her at all, unlike Ahsoka Tano, who could bring in a slightly injured Maul as long as he was alive. Maul was trying to gain Ahsoka Tano's trust, plain and simple.
3. Maul was disinterested in the fight. Maul had a time limit, he was trying to escape Mandalore. He wasn't particularly engaged. Hence why Maul walks away from Ahsoka Tano when she kicks him out the window. On the other hand, Ahsoka Tano was very interested in the fight, not just because she was doing a duty to the republic; by finding out about Darth Sidious' real identity, but because of what Maul said about Anakin Skywalker. She wasn't just fulfilling her duty as a "citizen", she was fulfilling her duty as a friend to Anakin Skywalker.
4. Filoni plot armor. Now obviously, this isn't an in-Universe advantage for Ahsoka Tano, but you'd be lying to yourself if you think that she doesn't have invulnerable plot armor.
These four factors allowed Ahsoka Tano to compete on Maul's level per Filoni. Despite that, she still lost convincingly.
I'm also going to address an argument for SWR Ahsoka in this thread, since they are connected. Some people argue that because ROTS Ahsoka Tano held her own against ROTS Maul, that SWR Ahsoka Tano should beat prime Maul.
We all know that Ahsoka Tano increased a good amount from ROTS to SWR.
Ahsoka Tano's development provided a focal point to the epic story of a galaxy at war. And now she's back, stronger than ever in Star Wars Rebels.

Based on the previous quote, some people justify their placing of Ahsoka Tano>Maul. As I said before though, Maul wasn't even close to his normal level of performance, so no conclusions can be made from this quote.
Dave Filoni: "We used to have this problem in Clone Wars when we would try to put Yoda in a story and it would be like, “Yeah, if Yoda’s there, this isn’t really a problem is it?” That’s because Yoda’s going to go in there and kick everyone’s butt. We all felt that Ahsoka, the only person that could really match her in this time period, blow for blow, would be Vader or the Emperor."
Another quote here is that people claim that Maul can't match Ahsoka Tano, only Darth Vader and Darth Sidious can. There are three things wrong with this conclusion:
1. Maul wasn't even in Rebels at the time of that statement, so it's not including him.
2. Filoni is referring to her enemies, or specifically the imperials.
3. Rebels Maul, who is confirmed post prime, is already confirmed to be above Rebels Ahsoka, from a much less bias source than Filoni: starwars.com
Again, some people claim that this is only due to the Dark side nexus on Malachor, but there is no evidence that force nexi combatively affect force users in Canon,
To conclude, we have Rebels Maul, who is confirmed past prime, above prime Ahsoka. Prime Maul>SWR Maul>Prime Ahsoka
I don't believe Luminara Unduli can take season 3 Savage, but she should be able to handle his season 5 self. Season 4 could tip either way. As for Shaak Ti, it's a toss-up against season 3 Savage, but his later incarnations would lose. Regardless, the combined force of both Jedi would win.
For the bonus round, the Jedi win fairly easily. Consistently and logically, the likes of Barriss or Ahsoka should not be be able to compete with someone such as Maul. But that's the narrative, in the same sense that Savage should be barely competent with a lightsaber, yet fences with fully-trained prominent Jedi. Considering that TCW Maul was near-equaled by a rusty Ahsoka, him versus Barriss could tip in either direction. Either Padawan paired with one of the Masters would take him, and the same goes for Savage.
