Wendy is a highly underrated character that has been thru 1950s. I had to read one volume of Harvyvile classics to have descent information about her.
She served several witches and they don’t like her gentle attitude. It has gotten worst when Casper became her boyfriend. They have tried many methods to turn her mean. Most of them have backfired. She had shortest time of turning evil. It lasted one comic and there total of three panels.
She can adapt to poison since she cooks it and eats for dinner. She is also guardian of an enchanted forest. She help solves problems around her forest. Her potion of goodness takes beams of sunlight. She grabs beams of sunbeams to put in her potion.
In the new series Casper and the Spectrals she is the brains of the trio. She is able to teleport a whole group of people to their specific homes. That was in the first issue.
I just remembered Wendy may be the first of the magic users but she was damsel of distress most of the time in the old cartoons. This may count as big disadvantage for her.
