Honestly, from what I can tell from respect threads, he should have cosmic awareness on a universal level, long-distance telepathathic communication ranging galaxies away, immensesuper-strength, and some degree of reality warping/ magic. He apparently defeated a bunch of featless entities, destroyed the Yggdrasil tree, and ended the Ragnarok cycle.

Not all that impressive on paper, but implied power should say universal.

Phoenix King Thor isn’t universal, but he does have actual tangible feats to scale off from. I’d say his feats are more tangible in fact.

RKT should curb. Anyway, Cosmic Thor still have one more issue, so he might get a great feat in the last appearance.

Anyway, RKT > PKT.

All Phoenix Thor did was beat a Sorcerer Supreme Doom with the powers of the Starbrand. Took him decades iirc to do it too so.

This is very tricky, as much as I wasn’t to say old pheonix king Thor , my gut pulls me to say rune king Thor, we really don’t know how powerful those who sit above shadows were and rune king Thor seems so majestic and elusive , I’m going with him Bc I feel like he’s even more

Rune King Thor is implicitly the most power so he should win but by quantifiable feats and scaling the victory goes to Phoenix King Thor.

Rune king has the best quantifiable destruction feat I think. So probably him.
