Reptile, Soul Cal lizardman, then Riptor. This is purely guess work though. I'd put Blanka above Reptile, but it has been ages since I've played a Street Fighter game or watched one of the animated movies or shows.

Don't know about the lore in the most recent KI but in the comics of the original Riptor was a jobber on a even bigger level than Reptile. As fro Reptile, he has great powers but I don't think he has ever won a fight, even when double-teaming his opponents.

I don't know what Aeon Calcos can do (honestly don't know how powerful any Soul Calibur characters are supposed to be) but if he is slightly less of jobber than these other he should win.

@ouroborik: aeon was a spartan chosen by the God hephestus... only to be driven mad by part of soul edge, slaughtered an entire town, then was captured and mutated into a lizardman. But slowly gained part of his mind back

OT: Just noticed the Bonus Round. Blanka wins that one. Street Fighter characters are on average physically superior and Blanka actually has feats of winning fights.
