Battle rules:
-Both the Ark character and Dovahkiin are a game here, no lore.
-The protagonist of Skyrim and Ark have the same level: 150.
-Dovahkiin uses enchanted Daedric Armor and an enchanted Great Dragon Sword, both are upgraded to the maximum level.
-The Ark character has all the Tek Armor, Tek Sword, Tek Shields and Tek Rifle, all of these items are Legendary (we assume they have 225% of the power of regular Tek items) and have an unlimited amount of element to power it all.
-Dovahkiin uses all magic but in moderation (mana).
-We assume that Ark character is immune to soul tears, coercion, etc.
-TLD is a Vampire Lord, and in addition to summoned creatures, he has Serana to help.
-The battle is fought in the ruined city of Whiterun.
