Phoenix Right vs. Harvey Birdman (Battle of the Lawyers!!)

Case: The Smurfs are extremely angry at Mario and Luigi for eating all of their mushroom houses for power-ups., but Mario claims he is being  good samaritan because he needs to save the Princess!! In order to settlet this, they're taking this to COURT!!:

The Smurfs 

• Has Phoenix Right as their attorney
• The Smurfs are suing Mario/ Luigi for destruction of their property and disturbing the peace!

Mario and Luigi

• Has Harvey Birdman as their attorney
• The Brothers are pressing charges for verbal assault and emotional/ psychological  abuse.

I suppose it depends on whether or not Mario and Luigi had jurisdiction in Smurf Village, also that in the confiscation and consumption of the mushroom houses the Plumber Brothers presented their credentials to guarantee the apprehension of Bowser and ensure the safety of said Princess. Agents of Mushroom Kingdom are granted amnesty in the case of criminal pursuits, but the Kingdom itself should be held responsible for any damages that occur in the process. If their acts were considered unlawful, then it should be an open and shut case for the smurfing plaintiffs, although the case should be against the state. Reprimands should have been in order before the hearings took place.
Harvey Birdman: plays off of the emotions of the jury, but Judge Mightor more often than not brings the gavel down on that one.
Phoenix Wright: is consistent in his cases. Thorough, edgy and he wears a suit. If he has his objections, you'll certainly know about it.
I would have to give this one to the Smurfs.
