Pennywise like the avatar form of the deadlights gets stomped, tho Goku can't permanently incapacitate him

Deadlights itself however godstomps all of Dragon ball due to existing beyond the dark tower (which qualifies as outerversal IIRC) in a void devoid of any time or space and some other stuff.
