Saitama power is that he has no limits. No matter the situation, his power is to always have more than enough strength to decisively wreck. He's a parody on other manga characters always having to acquire more power because a new enemy comes that's stronger (goku, naruto etc). Saitama will never have to worry about that, it's how he's written. It's his biggest strength, and also his biggest curse.

That being said, if his writing is assumed to remain consistent, he clears.

He would get stomped by Accelerator,

But Saitama is a legit planet buster
