I think you should research your characters because many of these are mismatches. One Piece characters are typically high mid tiers, they are just above the likes of Namor, Aquaman, Iron Man (depending on the armor) etc with a few like Kuma and Law having enough hax to challenge high tiers and powerhouses like Hulk and Thor. But the majority would get absolutely destroyed by Superman level characters.

They shouldn't be fighting street levelers and generally shouldn't be fighting any top tiers so I have no idea why the Silver Surfer is here.
