I really have no idea about Nul's strength levels for the pure form though but I would assume he wins.

That's not exactly an uncommon occurrence. At this point, I think Thor has given a good beating to most characters int he Marvel Universe, as well as taken a beating from most of them :D. Thor is a beast most of the time, and is widely considered to be physically one of the strongest characters in the Marvel Universe (because it's always being said through narration).
Worthy Hulk vs WWH is probably a bit of a tossup. I think WWH is probably somewhat stronger and has better healing but the magic hammer is a pretty potent melee weapon. At the end of the day nothing really put either of them down in terms of blunt force trauma so i'm not sure how it would end.
As for Nul vs Worldbreaker Hulk? WBHulk. Nul had a bit of lip service but in the end did nothing of any real note.
