Actually Sise-Neg at the time of his encounter with Shuma-Gorath was not at full power, though he had become pretty close to it.

I did some reading of Shuma-Gorath's encounter with Doctor Strange recently due to the amount of talk it gets. From what was stated in the arc Shuma-Gorath is definitely a Universal power but his plans of conquering again were foiled by Doctor Strange. Shuma-Gorath never actually tried to conquer the entire 616 Reality, just Marvel Earth. He even had sufficient power to destroy Marvel Earth on a whim by making the voodoo replica within its realm but was foiled due to his taunting Doctor Strange. That aside, Shuma-Gorath has conquered "hundreds of dimensions" as he stated, and dimensions are actually Universes. So Shuma-Gorath is definitely a Universal threat.
In the early 70s Universes were solely labeled " Dimensions" ... we later learned this means Universes.

Ok, now I am pretty sure Shuma can beat Nekron. Though I don't see how Shuma could "kill" Nekron.

Dude, Sise-Neg at the end of his quest merged with and weilded all of the power that existed within the Marvel Universe .
@A Touch of Class (ATC): He hasn't shown us anything that suggests he's on par with either of them, and it was already agreed upon on the site that Zom isn't even on Nekron's level.

I know he's not as powerful as Shuma, but I'm starting to get the impression that most users who've posted on the thread are basing their opinions on Nekron's power level prior to BN.
