Magik laughably stomps with a 10/10 spite fest.

unless Vergil suddenly jumped up to high tier powerhouse/Low tier herald hes massively outclassed

@warlockmage: Vergil has always been an upper mid-tier with enough hax to take on high tier power houses. =/

Magik is also very hax reliant.

Magik beat Dormammu in her own dimension. Also, her sword is kind of meant for killing stuff like them.

Mundus may not have a huge plethora of feats, but he's clearly meant to have a similar status to guys like Mephisto and stuff like that.

That never happened. The only instance close to that was during X-Infernus#1 during one meeting of the Hell-Lords to discuss her threat, but Dormammu wasn't even concerned about her in the slightness:

Magik's powers were affecting The Dark Dimension during Uncanny X-Men and this means Dormammu himself was also affected as great part of the Dread One's powers have some relation with his dimension, thus weakening him a lot.

Marvel's Handbook of 2007 shows this:

After merging with the Dark Dimension's energies, Dormammu increased in power enormously( Which demonstrates how great the effect of Magik breaking his dimension would be). Dormammu defeated her pretty easy when she wasn't in the Darkchild or had absorbed the Limbo in the same storyline as well, so I don't see why would be afraid of her:
