Lucifer Morningstar vs. The Flash (absolute newbie to comics)

Hey everyone, I have a friend that really likes the flash and he says there isn't a being that could beat the flash 1v1 (he said the vibe tagged with someone else could beat him). I was wondering if Lucifer would be able to stand a chance? Please go into full detail because I'm still new :)

Please forgive me if I broke any rules and or if this would be a 'stomp..?'

Welcome to the vine buddy! As for this, I can't see Lucifer losing, Lucifer should definitely win this.

He is simply a whole tier above even the speed force, his power is beyond the speed force, I'd imagine.

@cdiddyman911: what are you talking about flash feat him in 0.001 nano sec. flash feat him with 1000 IMP. speed force dump. speed steel. speed rape. Infinite mass slap, infinite mass kick, . lucifer is scrued. heck flash has created a new reality new 52 when the heck lucifer has ever done that.

Rebirth states it may not have been Barry who created the New 52.
