John Diggle vs Arsenal

CW Arrow versions of both characters. Both are as shown in the picture, but Roy is unarmed. This is strictly a H2H combat fight and both are fighting to the best of their ability (no jobbing). The fight takes place in an abandoned warehouse in Starling City and they start 5 yards away from each other. Win via KO or incapacitation. Who wins and why?

This has been done a few times. The way I see it, despite his lack of wins, Diggle is still portrayed as someone capable of standing next to Oliver and holding his own. Arsenal can too, but he's just the sidekick. Diggle is more of a partner. Towards the end of season 3 Roy put up a pretty good fight against Nyssa, however Diggle has put up good fights against China White and Canary, even the superhuman Ravager, and Oliver himself. And this might not mean anything yet, but since Roy is out in season 3 while Diggle will be front and center with a legitimate superhero alter ego, it's a given that he'll have the better feats without doubt before too long. So I go with Diggle, he's stronger, smarter, better trained, and most importantly more experienced.
