If this was speed unequalized, then Licht wins, since he's FTL, and Jigen doesn't really have durability feats as of yet to suggest he can tank being blitzed and being dumped on by Licht's attacks over and over again. Especially considering that his vessel is constantly breaking apart.

We still don't know the full scale of Jigen's powers but so far they are less destructive than Licht and also his sided horn looks a bit off so Licht would win this for sure.

Naruto is lightspeed through scalling wit Haku ice mirrors and wit Madara's Light Fang and Night Guy, as well are Sasuke's attacks through scalling wit Naruto, for example when Naruto evaded a lightspeed attack but couldnt evade Sasuke's Amenotejikara and Chidori attack making Sasuke's attacks combined wit Amenotejikara faster than Light or ftl

With that in mind^^^ Jigen slaughtered both Naruto & Sasuke at the same time and they were way stronger from the time of those feats. So id give this to Jigen since all jigen gotta realy do is shrink then put a rode in Licht head and its gg
