Heroes vs 50 Adamantium Terminators.

terminators win, none of these team 1  could damage adamantium skeleton enough to destroy 50 of them

The skeleton might be adamantium, but the wires aren't ;)

So we're assuming that the adamantium the Terminators possess has the same durability of true adamantium but damaged be cut by other adamantium?
 
Tricky, but Terminators win unless the heroes can find a vulnerability.

Couldn't Parker simply use the two hours and his workstation at Horizon Labs to build an EMP or something similar?

I think they can do it. The team has stealth to  a degree. The Terminators don't. They might be adamantium but their joints and pivoting spots couldn't be (neck, knee, elbow, places like that). I think the team can win but Logan will do most of the work. 

maybe cap can damage some of T's, that is if theor weapons are made out of Adamantiums too then there gonna change of tides
