LoL the one in the pIc is a lot stronger than the 616 grey hulk and kills with no restraint.
i think the 616 grey hulk would still win in a hard fought battle.

Grey Hulk would convincingly win.
Even at his base level of strength, the grey hulk is several times stronger than Ursa Major.
Although Ursa might hang in there for a couple of minutes, the outcome of the fight is clear.
