I know this is one of those match ups that has really been done to death, but I think both parties have a close to equal chance. Batman is allowed his feats from the New 52 and GA Supes is obviously allowed his GA feats. (Round 1) No prep for either. Fight takes place in Gotham, they start 200 feet apart. (Round 2) 1 day Prep for Superman, he knows Batman is a possible threat and will not underestimate him. Same setting.(Round 3) 1 Day prep for Batman, he is allowed any technology shown in the New 52 that he has used. Same setting. (Round 4) Both get 1 day prep, same setting, same rules stated earlier apply. (Bonus Round!) Lex Luthor has planted bombs in multiple areas around Metropolis (God knows why), and plans to blow them. Superman is allowed 2 days to investigate and search for these bombs in a lead-lined container, Batman is allowed one day. Luthor's thugs know of the bombs placements, but they are holed up in Lex's Tower. Who disarms them first?
