Ghost Rider is at his strongest, which Zarathos is in control.

Avengers show up to attempt to stop him.

Both teams are in their comic counterparts, seeing as that is where characters are at their most powerful.

Any version of comic ghost rider stomps.

@darkbiscuit: Zarathos already trump the Avengers and Midnight Sons at the same, including Thor, Scarlet Witch, Man Thing, and Strange on the same team at the same time.

So the only "heated" Thor debate involves Thor fanboys who would also argue Thor beating Gakactus and Thanos.
