Goku vs Thor: Combat speed advantage, Kaioken burst, various techniques should be enough to take on thor. And his destructive output will help him to overpower Thor's incredible durability. Thor's warrior madness could be a problem, but ssj3 or ssj G goku should be able to handle him Imo.
Vegeta vs Betta Ray Bill: Brb is about in same range as thor, but vegeta isn't Goku. Either he loses directly, or his arrogance takes him down.
Trunks vs Sentry (No void): Assuming this is future trunks, considering op says this is at his best, without void, sentry isn't really a very reliable guy to win. A Bloodlusted sentry could take this, though. And if this is current trunks, sentry takes it handily.
Goten vs Gambit: Overall faster, stronger, durable. The little super saiyan takes it handily. Gambit is badly outclassed here.
Mr. Satan vs Black Panther: Even if breaking through 19 bricks in a shot was impressive, he doesn't show any fighting skills. Vibranium mesh and daggers should take care of him Imo.
Super Buu vs Silver Surfer: This is a very tough one. Even with super buu's immense destructive power, regeneration, and raw strength, surfer's overall versatility, energy manipulation, makes me incline towards him. This will definitely be a fight surfer will remember for the rest of his life though.
Kid Buu vs Black Bolt: Black Bolt's scream and some energy skills are good, but kid buu will be too much for him to handle. The guy not only kept up well with ssj3 goku, he was pushing the whole spirit bomb back. Yup, Blackbolt is in it over his head.
Nappa vs Hulk: Nappa isn't a very intelligent fighter, and even if his speed and destructive power is impressive, hulk's regeneration, increase in strength, durability etc will eventually overpower him. And hulk will crush him if he goes h2h.
Yamcha vs Spiderman: No need to explain this one, yamcha outclasses him in even jobbing. Spiderman can potentially bore him to death though.
Tien vs Juggernaut: This is an easy pick..
Raditz vs Ironman (Extremis): Unless iron man does research on raditz and grabs his tail, raditz's massive combat speed and destructive power should take this.
Krillin vs Fantastic Four: lol even if Dbz abridged makes a bad joke out of him, his speed and overall skill is very good. He could knock out/slash the ff members whia destructo disk/kamehameha, sue could be quite a problem though. He could still sense her if she's invisible, but her force fields could be a great problem. If bloodlusted, she could brain bubble him, but I doubt she'd willingly do it normally.
Frieza vs Loki: I'm actually giving this to frieza. Even if he does play around, he's very durable and has very destructive power at hand. Combat speed advantage and planet busting blah blah... frieza.
Cell vs Fire Lord: Don't know a lot about firelord, so but if cell doesn't play around and uses his arsenal (which even included instant transmission in the end if I recall right), with his insane regeneration, he should take this. Or he could just blow the solar system away..Power cosmic is nothing to fool around with though.
Ginyu army vs Avengers. (Recent): If thor is not there, a case could be made for ginyu force, with guldo's time stop and stuff. But with some info and prep, I'd give this to avengers without too much of a hassle.
Omega Shenron vs Zeus: Never liked GT.. Skyfather level magic, hulk's beat down and zeus's overall power should win this.
Bills vs Thanos (no IG or HOTU): I don't know much about bills, but the guy who can one shot ssj3 goku is definitely a force to be reckoned with. Their raw combat speed and destructive abilities, and fighting skills should help him win imo, He should be able to byepass thanos's overpowered durability with his own overpowered destructive power. Without an infinite energy source, inclined towards bills..
