Cyclops vs Lizard

Takes place in New York Streets. Who wins.

Can Cyclops get a hit on Lizard with his beams or is Lizard too fast and agile for him to get at. 
 
I say Lizard, but if Cyclops gets a hit on Lizard with his beam then he might win.

This has been done before.
 
Cyclops curbstomps. He has hit faster than Lizard before and can creatively use his blasts to hit Connors from every angle. Alternately, he takes his visor off and everything in front of him disappears.

Depends on if they start in sight, how far apart they start and their morals.

Out of sight and with morals on, Connors COULD outflank Scott and get the drop on him, depending on how he's positioned. If he's anywhere where there are buildings, trees and other things to climb or hide on, Lizard has a chance. However, if Scott's like, in the middle of a big, empty lot, I doubt Connors can blitz him in the open before he's shot.

Now, morals off Scott destroys Connors. However, IF he's panning around looking for him before he just destroys the entire battlefield, and Connors closes in (let's say Scott looks out to a house because he heard a noise), Connors could pounce on him if he's utilizing stealth overhead in a tree.

It honestly all depends on the environment. Connors utilizing his stealth can kill Scott (morals or morals off) before he's shot. In the open, he dies, and dies faster without morals.

Since this thread was made before both the no turning back and shed story line cyclops does win pretty easily. Unless they begin close in which case Lizards wins easily.

Basically this depends on distance. But whoever wins isn't having a hard time.

Lizard is pretty fast he should be able to dodge a few optic beams till he gets the hit in
