Eclipse blinds them and then John snaps their necks.

Eclipse is a glass cannon, one footstomp from Thunder and he would be KOED.

The Jeffersons might be more powerful on-paper, but the Mutants have the teamwork and skill advantage to pull out a win.

Jefferson is faster on the draw than Marcos and Johnny doesn't have durability feats against electric attacks.

Probably the Jeffersons. Marcos can certainly try to blind them, but with prep the Jeffersons can add a dark tint to the glasses on their suit that protect their identities. Even if they are blinded, Anissa can AOE, BL can put up a shield or simply spam lightning. Anissa's striking is far beyond TB, and he has no lightning durability feats (I don't remember any energy durability at all, in fact.) And BL is certainly faster than Eclipse, and will tag him before he can blind/shoot back.

The Jeffersons, BL can Solo.

Jeffersons definitely win, and I think either of them can probably solo. Black Lightning is much faster on the draw than Marcos, and his blasts are much more powerful. Thunderbird doesn't have the feats to take a lightning blast. BL has force fields even if Marcos does get shots off before he's downed. Thunder is significantly more powerful than John, and Marcos' heat blasts aren't gonna slow her down much.
