Round 1
A desert
Round 2
City of Chicago
The character who is powerless against water vs. The character made of water...hmm.
^pretty much.
And under normal (pre fairy tail guild) or otherwise bloodlusted circumstances, Juvia naturally makes it rain. Crocodile is already dead. XD But if you do carry on with a fight, Juvia can lock crocodile inside a water bubble with just thinking about it. That and the fact that Juvia is essentially just like a logia (different nonetheless- as it is possible to tag and kill or harm Juvia) makes it difficult for Croc to kill Juvia, or do any damage.
1.Crocodile stomps horribly in the desert. He takes out all the water in her.
2.Crocodile only loses his intangibility when he gets wet..

Crocodile dries her whole body low diff.
Crocodile is far faster and blitzes. He's fought against the likes of Doflamingo and Mihawk. He only lost to Luffy due to arrogance and weaker HTH skills.
@sondeatheater: doff and mihawk? lol they outclass Crocodile by a mile. Just because he "fought", does not mean anything. He has never won. In fact, he has lost.
And what are you basing his speed on?

@sondeatheater: intercepting a kick and a sword strike does not mean anything practically. Doflamingo was nowhere near serious. That and, Juvias body is composed of magic. She can use elemental transmutation to turn into water. Nothing here. There's one way Doflamingo is "draining" her, and that is, if he can absorb magic and if he can stop it from raining. As long as it rains, Juvia is practically immortal.
What you've shown thus far does not suffice to say Croc is fast enough to keep up with Juvia.

He didn't intercept Doflamingo's kick. After Crocodile denied Doflamingo's offer, they started their fight. Before that he was still able to beat Luffy low diff in Alabasta 2 times. The 2nd time, Luffy figured out his weakness and still got wrecked.
"While Luffy was unable to retaliate against Mihawk and was forced to only avoid his attacks, Crocodile intercepted and stopped Mihawk's two-handed slash with just his hook; this without seeming to be worried at all about facing an opponent as strong as Mihawk, and even talking down to him, which may be due to the fact that swords are virtually useless against Logia-users like him. He seemed to be able to clash equally with Doflamingo (with such clash forcing nearby Marine officers back or off their feet), and was uninjured after confronting both Shichibukai. Crocodile was even able to battle Admiral Akainu and appear completely unharmed afterwards."
Crocodile can drain the moisture out of almost anything that has it.Juvia's magic still has similar physical properties of water and her body is mostly water as well.
Rain doesn't make Juvia "immortal" .Crocodile can drained water attacks and counter her attacks with his own which atleast negate both of their attacks.Crocodile also has an attack that can drain the moisture within a range. As long as Crocodile's right hand is on Juvia,Juvia will either be drained and disappear in her water form or she will completely drained in her human form.Crocodile can still use his poisonous hook afterward on her body.
@sondeatheater: It would be better if you show me the confrontation. I remember it quite different. Croc was never in their league. But him being a logia had its ups.
He was never on par with luffy either.
Honestly either can win.
If Juvia does Water Lock immediately, Crocodile is screwed. However if she starts out with any other spell, Crocodile will know right from that moment to always absorb any water she throws at him. So it comes down to Crocodile being incapacitated, or Juvia being absorbed.
I will go with Crocodile simply because he is faster and in a desert he is high unbeatable. One Sables in a desert can wipe out a town.

@sondeatheater: Intercepting, thats what it was. Hawkeye was going after Luffy when Croc blocked the path. You know I'd be surprised if I'm running after Luffy and Crocodile is suddenly in my path.
And, I have no idea what you want to prove with the second video. Does not prove Crocodile was ever in their league.
Juvia stomps. Easily. The whole drying body moisture thing won't work if juvia can not only cause rain storms, can create whirlpools and produce shit tons of water as much as she wants. OP fans simply hate their characters losing to FT simply because FT is not as good in terms of quality as an anime. Most of the time its simply biased, just like the whole Goku vs Superman Debate.

If he hits her while her body is complete water, she basically gets dried up into nothingness or only skin and dies. Also, Crocodile can constantly suck up her moisture as long as his right hand is on her and hit her with his poison afterwards. Not to mention he's faster, stronger, and can counter her attacks with his own attacks with it's destructive capabilities. He can also make sand storms and his ground death attacks turns everything to sand with large AoE

No

Crocodile wasn't just standing there waiting for him.
>Crocodile fighting Doflamingo
>Isn't seriously injured after those two fights
k
Can Juvia summon rain at will now? Because she has only done so when in an emotional state, not because she willingly wants it to rain.
If Juvia doesn't open with Water Lock, Crocodile will immediately know to absorb her attacks. And the first scenario is his no doubt about it. His sandstorms in a desert can wipe out a town.
@sondeatheater: Are you forgetting that croc is a logia type user? > only reason he is still alive.
@blackwind: She's done it before to Lucy and Gray I believe when she was in the element 4. So I wouldn't be surprised if a morals off Juvia would start off that way.
The attack is almost instant.. Croc. has never faced a water Logia (what Juvia pretty much is n a way) so theres nothing to say he could turn her into nothingness.
This is like a Luffy vs Enel situation.
Croc. Knows his weakness so he'll most likely be on his toes the whole time trying to keep his distance.
Juvia will just keep reforming and eventually tag Croc leaving him helpless or like in the beginning of this she'll end it wit Water Lock.
@sondeatheater: Are you forgetting that croc is a logia type user? > only reason he is still alive.
He tanked an attack from Jozu and blocked an attack from Mihawk and Doflamingo.
@sondeatheater: Sigh im not even going to bother. This ends with crocodile having his head chopped off by a ranged water slash.

Which attack.Water Lock?Crocodile can absorb moisture/water.It's the only way she could drown him,but it wont work if he can get out.
Crocodile can also end it close combat or ranged.
His sand death which absorbs all the moisture in a large AoE and can absorb moisture straight through his right hand.
@sondeatheater: Sigh im not even going to bother. This ends with crocodile having his head chopped up by a ranged water slash.
pretty much.
@sondeatheater: Are you forgetting that croc is a logia type user? > only reason he is still alive.
He tanked an attack from Jozu and blocked an attack from Mihawk and Doflamingo.
lol? When did he do this? Neither jyozu, nor doffy, nor Mihawk for the matter even bothered croc to begin with. It was just croc who felt left out and just butted in wherever. He was lucky no one was after his head.
@lowlaville: No better yet. Juvia does what she did to keith, goes inside crocodile, and expand and destroy crocodile from the inside.
Jozu blitzed Croc
Just like I thought. She didn't make it rain by will. It rained because Juvia had been excluded and depressed for her entire life. And Gray accepting her for what she was had to be the first time in her life she felt real joy. Which was why the rain faded.
As for with Meredy, as soon as Juvia heard she was after Gray more than anyone, she was in a clear emotional state, as seen when she completely wrecked Meredy, who was winning before. Juvia doesn't make it rain. Her emotions do.
And Crocodile is not so slow that he won't use a huge AoE attack like Sables to wipe her out instantly. The first scenario is in the desert and he definitely wins there. One Sables can become town level in a desert.
@lowlaville: No better yet. Juvia does what she did to keith, goes inside crocodile, and expand and destroy crocodile from the inside.
Explain how she will do that when she's essentially all dried up.
"Sigh im not even going to bother. This ends with crocodile having his head chopped off by a ranged water slash."
So, concession accepted? How will a ranged water slash work if Crocodile can dodge or hit back his own attacks?
@sondeatheater: Sigh im not even going to bother. This ends with crocodile having his head chopped up by a ranged water slash.
pretty much.

Jozu hit him with his diamond form when he tried to kill WhiteBeard and Mihawk had enough strength to overcome Luffy's during the entire arc.
@colliderz: there we go. If Doffy hadn't butted in, Croc would've died.
@sondeatheater: What does that prove?
Mihawk was running with his sword primed, not even swinging it.
Jyouzu's second strike was stopped by Doflo.
@detrolord: Crocodile could just sink into the sand, come up from below Juvia, and absorb her by surprise.
Juvia has the ability to win this, but she isn't going to breeze through by any means. Especially in the first round which is in a desert.
Juvia if my memory is correct Croc can't use his power if the water is sealing it?
Yeah, water does seal it, even if he can absorb water. Water lock in this case can end it for croc in an instant.
Fact: Water Lock is Juvia's favourite move. Physical attacks dont work on her. So all of Crocs attacks save for the drain attack is useless.
@sondeatheater: You do understand Water Lock is pretty much instant.. and it's not an Air bubble (just saying).. its a water sphere. Croc. would BE IN WATER which = negates his DF.
It's one of Juvias main moves and its NOT Slower than Crocs draining ability.
Juvia is just quicker on te draw when it comes to Water Lock... croc won't be able to do a single thing but drown.

Morals are off. Her emotions is what controls or enhances her powers.
So yeah there will be rain.
Considering how her crying can flood the guild, and a simple wave of her hands can generate whirlpools. Im pretty sure the battle ends quickly.
1.Explain how she's essentially all dried up when crocodile is already being beat down by her due to her water powers which have a great AoE depending on how she uses it.
2. Juvia is essentially a water bender, she can control the trajectory of her water blasts.
And the pressure and density of them.
A close combat technique like this would be useful.
Juvia if my memory is correct Croc can't use his power if the water is sealing it?
Croc can't use his powers if he's covered up in sea water. He's vulnerable to water/certain liquid attacks.
A tornado, drying up the whole area by putting his hand on the ground, and attacks like <---- can absorb the liquid.Crocodile's right hand absorbs liquid period. If Juvia isn't in her water form, she gets poisoned. If she's in her water form, she gets dehydrated, essentially absorbed completely. Not to mention Crocodile can ,wait for it, dodge via flight or speed.
@sondeatheater: What does that prove?
Mihawk was running with his sword primed, not even swinging it.
Jyouzu's second strike was stopped by Doflo.
<-------???
Crocodile still tanked one of his attacks.
Which means she will try to end the battle as quickly as possible. It doesn't mean she is going to go into a psychopathic rage like she did against Meredy. I already conceded Juvia has the ability to win this battle. But if she does not use Water Lock immediately, then Crocodile will know all he needs to know to sink under the sand, and absorb her instantly.
The second scenario I'm more willing to say she wins.
@sondeatheater: Uhh Doff did not swing it. He primed his sword for a strike, and Croc stopped it before he can swing it. Jyouzu's feat, thats how you stop the attack.
And, as I said, Croc is a logia type, its obvious he's tougher than a Paramecia type like Luffy.
@sondeatheater: You do understand Water Lock is pretty much instant.. and it's not an Air bubble (just saying).. its a water sphere. Croc. would BE IN WATER which = negates his DF.
Water lock is instant as in femptosecond now? I never said air bubble either.I said that he would avoid it.
It's one of Juvias main moves and its NOT Slower than Crocs draining ability.
Croc's ability to dehydrate things with his right hand is always there. It's his DF.
Juvia is just quicker on te draw when it comes to Water Lock... croc won't be able to do a single thing but drown.
Is this based on how fast the scene goes in the anime?
@lowlaville: No better yet. Juvia does what she did to keith, goes inside crocodile, and expand and destroy crocodile from the inside.
Explain how she will do that when she's essentially all dried up.
"Sigh im not even going to bother. This ends with crocodile having his head chopped off by a ranged water slash."

A close combat technique like this would be useful.
1.Getting wet doesn't weaken Crocodile.
2.Crocodile can absorb it
Pressure and density? His attacks are by far more destructive and he can deflect them by making a sand storm as well.
Running straight at someone who can do -------->:
And, he can do the same thing in the 2nd GIf
Initially it was supposed to be sea water that was harmfull to DF user due to the presence of sea stone partcules. Nowadays as stated by Oda in SBS "Devil Fruit users are susceptible to all types of water, not just seawater. This includes the white sea surrounding Skypiea". He elaborated on this, saying that "moving" water, like rain or waves, does not weaken Devil Fruit users, while standing water does
@sondeatheater: Water lock is instant, its not a caster type spell. She can literally point and opponent is inside the sphere.
