Does he get his girl friends help against Batista? Cause if not he might no down there. He might also go down at the Skyfall ranch, as Wick isn’t shown to be as resourceful as Bond, who started that fight with only an old double barrel shotgun.
Correct me if I’m wrong but does Wick have any feat on the level of taking multiple drills to the head and then shooting his way out of the Spectre head quarters? Bond made extremely long shots there even after al the trauma he received.
The end of Spectre isn’t getting replicated, Wicks never shot down a helicopter and he certainly hasn’t shot down a helicopter while steering a high speed boat.
Wick isn’t clearing the pre Craig movies at all. Super humans like Jaws and Oldjob would do him in. And I don’t think he could beat the Brosnan enemies, rogue agent and no pain bullet in the head guy.
I’m not even sure Wick could beat Dr No, who bent steel in his hands, he landed multiple shots on Sean Connery, who has a handful of legit skill feats.
@doctordamn: I was thinking just fights. Wick doesn’t have the means or expertise in espionage or seduction for the actual movies to even be debatable.
@modernww2fare: depends on what exactly you're asking; are we just swapping bond out with him when he's in a fire fight or completely swapping him out with bond entirely. The latter is an easy no; there were plenty of times bond was saved by plot or other bond girls or something else entirely...
@modernww2fare: Yeah I’m a pretty big fan. I remember when I was a kid they’d play one or more movie every Saturday On tv and I always watched it. And recently I watched up threw the roger Moore movies on Amazon Prime. The Craig movies I constantly have on repeat even if it’s just for background noise. And I grew up with Brosnan.
It actually kind of blows my mind that Bond isn’t more popular on CV.
Wick is just a murder machine. Bond often got into trouble by trying to finesse his way through situations and had a lot of attachments.
I'm not saying Wick clears; but he's going to go through a lot of earlier Bond scenarios quicker and more easily than Bond. It's gonna be the technical situations that get him into trouble (scuba diving, space, etc.).
I'm mostly familiar with Craig's Bond. John gets stopped at the Madagascar op in Casino Royale after the bomb maker promptly leaves him in the dust when John gets made.
Hows he gonna survive Quantum? Can John Wick even fly a plane?
This is pretty much my sentiment.
As a fighter, John Wick is Bond's superior IMO. But Bond is just so much more trained. Wick just can't beat Bond in any scenario where anything other than marksmanship and fighting skill are required.

That tall guy he fought in the library in JW3 was similar to Jaws no?
@modernww2fare: Not even. Jaws can hold unto a van and stop it from driving off and then rip the vans exterior apart to get inside. And that was in his first movie. In Moonraker I believe he holds a space capsule from taking off on the moon but I could be wrong.
