Hmmm, does Beast even have much of a chance as he does?

I think this is a little unfair given the weapons Blade has. Imo Blade could take beast h2h.

Beast is a 10 tonner and he is super durable. He is more agile and probably faster than Blade too. I dont think this is as easy as people are making it sound. My money goes to Beats. He is tough enough to take some hacks and once he disarms Blade, its over.

I feel Beast should be a real threat, but he isn't really written that way, as the handbook says he can lift about two tons (one more than Blade), but Blade is still faster and the better fighter. 

Beast is stronger than Blade who I believe is in between 2-5 tons based on feats but Blade is the better fighter and, imo, has equal to or better agility. He also has a better healing factor.

Beast should win here.

Blade, in a hefty majority. I don't think there's anything physical Beast can dish out that Blade can't survive.  Blade's used to taking on vampires, king of vampires, and his speed, reflexes,healing factor nd not to mention his fighting abilities that would overcome/whelm  Hank in the end, imo. 

 I don't see Blade having any advantage over Beast other than h2h skills and healing factor. Unless Blade starts pulling out DD style nerve strike abilities, i don't see him getting a clear cut victory over Beast.

Beast wins the majority of the time but Blade gives him a real good fight. 6/4 Beasts favor

In a hand to hand fight, Beast is the winner. With weapons, I think it is closer, but as it is, I think Beast's agility would be too much for Blade to handle. The healing factor helps, too.

I'd put my money on beast. He's been a 10 ton character since classic era, and he's only gotten stronger since. Bullet dodging, manhandling Iron Man (early incarnations), and being the X-Men's first hand to hand powerhouse are just a few things Beast brings to the table.

Beast from what I understand is stronger. But from what I have seen he tends to lose to weaker people because of inadequate skills. And Blade I believe couldn't be out down by someone of his level anyway.

I normally accept handbooks as a valid source of information, but come on. If Beast has 10 tons strength, I'm Batman. Either that or he has been vehemently hiding for the 50 years of his existence.

Beast is criminally underated at times. He more than has what it takes to get some quality wins---

but due to equal speed, good durability, and superior combat skills, I'm giving a majority of victories to Blade.

Beast has never been written as a fighter. He's a thinker, a planner but not a prepper so to speak. All the X men minus a few are very team reliant. Beast is basically a stronger but less durable Sabertooth, physically. Having a weaker healing factor but marginally greater strength. Sadly beast has less than a fraction of the formers skill and none of his killer instinct. While on paper beast should win this fight as he has the intellect to know how to kill a halfbreed vampyre, blade is a killer, and will win this fight.

@morpheus_: I wouldn't take them that seriously, I got a handbook on Marvel and Porfessor X has a higher speed rating than Hulk

technically Beast should have the stat advantage here.

However, he is never written as good in combat as you'd think he should be
