His stat feats are nearly all superhuman and his high end strength feats definitely exceed 2 tons.
Good fight! Truth be told this could probably go either way, I'm but leaning towards T'Challa...Crazy how similar these two are now that I think about it.

Black panthers vibranium suit has allowed him to take hits from iron man and the repeated force of a freight train. It can be cut by slashing along the grain however black panther can get by nyth metal armor with his anti-metal claws (anti-metal has broken adamantium down according to ultrons bio) and his energy daggers (they have shown a setting which allows them to turn intangible). And deathstroke was on venom when he cut the bat plane IIRC.
