10) Mantra Asura

Stops at Batman.

Stops at 8.

If he used every round Raging demon could clear.

Mantra asura should be below supes.

Clears

Stops at 8 or 9.

Stops at 1

That also makes me wonder, who could survive the Raging Demon (Minus those without souls)? Is it like the Penance Stare of Street Fighter?

@ssjbatdan: Red Hulk is not weak, it's just Naruto has evolved into a pretty shit anime which increased their power levels so he can spam country level attacks.

@ssjbatdan: No doubt that he wouldn't die from it. But he does have a record of being KOed from far less such as MODOK. Naruto's speed and being versatile is also a factor that makes him above Red Hulk.

@ssjbatdan: That's usually if weaker attacks keep annoying him. If it's a constant strong attack when he's at a calm level, that could be a factor. It's just to the point where he would get KOed before he gets angry.

He's not getting passed 7... and I love Akuma.

Akumas skill > this list. Wonder Womans not giving him any trouble. First chance Supes tries to tank anything he's getting a rude awakening. He Man is the only hurdle in this gauntlet but he'll never make it against instant hell murder.
