Round 1: maybe we can talk about speed difference, but in all the rest Ariman is superior by faaaaaar. If Itachi tries to use a mind attack he will be destroyed.

The only scenario I can see a fair fight is one with Itachi Susano full vs Arhiman.

Round 2: is a brutal stomp. But I dont understand if you are talking about Arhiman or Kharn. But whatever of them stomp with a week of prep.

@nicov: I agree, travel speed is possibly the only argument Itachi could have, but its doubtful since he was squaring up against Eldar HQ's and their leader and winning

As for Susano, wont matter since Ahriman can just fry his brain

This is a massive, enormous stomp. Ahriman is one of those "I can see all your atoms as they spin, and dissolve them to nothing" psykers. Quite literally.

He felt the wills of the thirty-six sorcerers push into the warp. Huge pieces of wrecked machinery rose into the air as if pulled on invisible chains. Ahriman nodded to himself as if impressed. The pieces of wreckage hurtled towards him. His mind reached out and plunged into each piece of twisted metal. He felt their weight, their dimensions, and the spinning of their atoms. He formed a thought, and it caught in the warp like a spark set to kindling. The wreckage dissolved as it flew, falling to the deck as a rain of fine metallic sand.

Its potentially possible that Genjutsu would even work on Ahriman. His mind doesn't function the same way a human mind does.

Also the location being Sortiarius is massively unbalanced in favor of Ahriman.

Ahriman can just deatomize Itachi with telekinetic powers.

Pretty sure on Naruto standard, Ahriman would be around Otsutsuki Clan level or even higher.
