A single human sniper vs. the X-Men (individually)

We all like to pitch battles here between X-Men, and 99% of the threads here end up posing every mutant as capable of destroying planets.. etc..  Well some of them can, but think about how many could never survive a single well-placed bullet to the skull by a normal guy with a sniper rifle. Let's take a look:
 
Rules: All of the characters can be in their "powered up" forms (Colossus can be armored, Iceman is organic ice, etc) but NONE of them can have ANY knowledge of the sniper, nor can they sense any danger. So the sniper gets the element of surprise here. The sniper can fire off a single  perfect shot on any of these X-Men. Now look at this list and see how many would actually survive, and why:
 
- Colossus  - survives easily
- Sunfire
- Iceman  - survives easily
- Cyclops
- Emma Frost  - survives easily  (in diamond form?)
- Gambit  
- Wolverine - survives easily
- Bishop
- Havok
- Strong Guy
- Archangel
- Nightcrawler
- Warpath - survives possibly?
- Cable
- Banshee
- Multiple Man
- Rogue
 
It's scary to think of how many of these could be SO easily dispatched by a single bullet. You'd think after all of these years, X-Villains would figure that out.

What constitutes "powered up?" I mean some of these guys "powered up" would be moving while others like Domino or Longshot would instinctively dodge. Is Archangel in his "Human" form or "Horseman" form? In Horseman form, he would survive. How hot is Sunfire in fire form? While some of them like Rogue or Cyclops would certainly die but more information is needed.

I pretty much agree with this but I think Nightcrawler could teleport in time if the sniper was far enough away. "

How does rogue absorbing peoples powers stop the bullet from killing her?
she doesnt know the sniper is even there

Ares' power has faded away from Rogue, so in her current state, she'd be dead too.

I believe so. In X-Men Legacy 227, she fights Ms. Marvel (Moonstone). After a few strikes from Rogue, Karla mentions that Rogue's last punch drained her power and begins to beat Rogue to a pulp. "

Magneto doesn't always keep his force field on... so a single sniper could easily take him out. The trouble is mutants always feel the need to classically march up in plain sight to Magneto and take him on head to head. When in reality, one navy seal sniper could just follow him from a distance on one boring autumn morning and take him out in a matter of seconds. Now what about:
 
- Omega Red
- Cyber
- Toad
- Etc... think of how many baddies would be killed if someone just used a little stealth and a gun.

Magneto survives
Sabretooth survives
Msytique not
Callisto not
Vulcan not
Juggernaut survives (duh!)
Apocalypse survives
Selene survives and kills sniper before he can even blink
Spiral survives
Lady Mastermind not

Poor Vulcan. Why can't the Shi'ar hire a sniper :)

Is Rogue "powered up" when she has someone else's power? If so, then do we take the most recent person she touched?
In "powered up" form Vulcan should survive because he has an energy halo.
Magneto can sense any metal that enters within his power range and as such would stop the bullet. 
Cable would survive because he has the Cone of Silence gravity shield protecting him. 
Maybe Domino's power causes her to sneeze at just the right moment?
Could Bishop convert the kinetic energy from the gun into regenerative energy? Has he already absorbed some energy that he is now using to amplify his durability or regeneration? Does his knowledge of the past combined with his "know where and when he is at all times" ability allow him to know the shot is being fired before it is fired?
Is Banshee "powered up" when he is using his sonic powers? 
Current Callisto hears the bullet being fired and dodges.  
 
As I said, we don't have enough information to accurately answer these questions because "powered" up is awfully vague.

It kinda depends on what kinda bullets he would use, Adamantium bullets could pierce Emma and Colossus alternate forms. Can Adamantium bullets pierce through Adamantium?

You act like it's unfair. It's not. This could apply to many characters. But it's a nice way of proving what mutants are badass, no matter WHO is writing them.  So many mutants powers are mishandled by writers. But when you frame a SIMPLE real life scenario like this one, you can't mess with that. A character's natural powers speak for themselves. "

There isn't enough information to have any other result than -everyone unarmored dies-
Range?
Rifle?
Alone or with Spotter?
 
Head shots are nice but out of style on the modern battlefield. It's easier to strike center mass and still ensure a kill.  Also if the X-men are in serious motion, these shots will be harder meaning the sniper (team) will need to get closer which means a greater chance of detection.

archangel - possibly
nightcrawler - he is pretty fast and has heightened reflexes so when he hears the gunshot he teleports like what kitty does when she hears a gunshot she automatically goes to her phasing form

warpath – possibly

multiple man – you did say in their power up version so he has clones with him

If it's just a standard sniper rifle with standard bullet within 600 to 900m and a shot to the head, then...
Colossus - in armored form will survive
Sunfire - dead
Iceman - I'm not sure because what if the sniper is using adamantium bullets and is within effective range?
Cyclops - VERY dead
Emma Frost - in diamond form will survive, but  what if the sniper is using adamantium bullets and is within effective range?  I think she'll break into pieces
Gambit - might survive because of his reflexes
Wolverine - survives easily, adamantium vs adamantium bullets is retarded so I won't go into that
Bishop - dead
Havok - dead
Strong Guy -  might survive due to muscle density, I mean, a sniper shot wouldn't be as powerful as a punch from WW Hulk would it?
Archangel - dead
Nightcrawler -might survive with his acute senses and teleportation.
Warpath - might survive with his senses and reflexes
Cable - dead
Banshee - dead
Multiple Man - the sniper won't even know which one to shoot
Rogue - might survive mainly because her most powerful state would be Ms Marvel level

Kitty Pryde is not on the list, but she would live as well, if powered up so to speak.
