Detective comics 27, 75 aniversary didnt let me down!

Alright the comic was almost as thick as a graphic novel, it contain around 5 stories. Each were great in their own way.

The story that really stood out to me was the retold story of the original detective comics 27, its a little different story (I read it on comixology) because well its more modern and less cheesy. throughout that story batman has a 'journal entry' on wich he sayd why hes batman and why he is batman and continuesly goes out. This journal entry was great, and somewhat emotional even to someone who is competant of bruces history. Even though everybody is.... Brad meltzer wrote the retold story, its one reason why hes a favorite writer.

Neal adams story was allright, i wouldnt say its his best work. Scott snyders story wasn't very good. Their was a story that was really cool though where its bruces birthday and hes 75 and everyone else is still active in costume and he makes them leave his party bc theirs a bat symbol then he secretely takes off, and that story was nice.

As for the gothopia story, well it couldnt leave me more confused as too what is happening...

    overall the comic is great
